Should I replace the front and rear bumpers of my truck before selling?

I have a chevy 1999 new body style reg cab silverado 1500 and i want to sell it for 4000 to 4500.( i am going to sell it at my uncles used car dealership so im getting more than trade in value) It is automatic and has only 95000 miles. everything works great buy it need a new front bumper and rear bumper that has a couple of noticeable dents. yes. It will be a bit harder to sale with body damage. I would replace if the cost is under $400 for both bumpers.

buyer won't pay extra for what it suppose to be there, just sell it at $4500 if the dents aren't too bad!
